Stir-Fry Shrimp


Tonight's dinner was stir-fry shrimp, at least for the adults. The kids tried it, and then mostly had kid food - it was pretty spicy. Gigi and Camden both thought the shrimp was ok and did eat some. Here's the recipe I use for the stir-fry sauce; I like it because it makes enough to freeze at least half (of the sauce only) for another future quick meal.
