I actually had trouble finding a brown/wild rice blend (either frozen or dry) so I went with a brown rice/seed medley from Trader Joe's and it worked out great. Will definitely make this again.Just be sure to buy already shelled edemame... that was kind of a time consuming mistake on my part.
