"Perfect 10" Baked Cod

New (to me) recipe from Allrecipes.com. Totally not worth its "Perfect 10" name... in fact, it was borderline gross. All of us ate it but none of it liked it too much. I added italian seasonings and it still was the blandest thing ever. Can't believe it gets nearly 5 stars on Allrecipes from multiple reviewers. Who are these people?!?!? Posting here for posterity, but this recipe is NOT a keeper.
